D-Link 8 Port PoE Gigabit Smart Managed Switch + 2 SFP ports – DGS-F1100-10PS (Small Form-factor Pluggable) ports designed for small to medium-sized businesses requiring a powerful and energy-efficient networking solution. This switch features 8 10/100/1000BASE-T PoE ports and 2 SFP ports for fiber uplinks. The web user interface of the D-link DGS-F1100-10PS 8-Port POE Gigabit Switch allows administrators to easily manage Layer 2 features such as VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and link aggregation (static). These smart managed switches, which include powerful security features such as IGMP snooping, Static MAC, and Storm Control, are a versatile solution for deployments that require simple configuration without added complexities.

DGS-1100 series’ web user interface gives administrators an easy way to manage Layer 2 features, such as VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and link aggregation(static). D-Link’s free Network Assistant (DNA) displays all your connected devices and makes first-time configuration a breeze. The free D-View 7 Network Management System comes with a license for 25 nodes and 2 probes and full access to the management tools.

Selected models in the DGS-1100 Series support Power over Ethernet on copper access ports. Power over Ethernet greatly simplifies the installation of PoE-enabled devices such as VoIP phones and IP cameras in remote locations with no immediate access to a power outlet. 

D-Link Green technology enables the DGS-1100 Smart Managed Switches to save power without sacrificing performance. Most of the models in the series utilize a fanless design, for silent and energy-efficient operation. All are IEEE 802.3az-compliant and feature Link Status detection and Time-Based PoE (excluding DGS-1100-05PD and DGS-1100-08P models).
